items are covered by us for ONE YEAR, against defects in workmanship
and materials, which occur This does not cover "wear and
tear" by the user, or damage caused by third parties. If
an item is damaged in transit, a claim should be made immediately
with the carrier.. |
| DIMENSIONS,
WEIGHTS & COLOURS |
Are
expressed in both metric and imperial values, and are intended
to be as accurate as possible. However, all leather items may
vary slightly in weight or size due to the nature of the material
and method of manufacture. Please note, our photos have been taken
in different lighting conditions. Also, separate batches of leather
may vary in colour, particularly the tan and cognac tan shades.
Our pictures give a good representation but purchasers should
be aware of these factors. |

| DELIVERY |
Is
usually actioned within one working day. Any exception will be
notified. |
| ORDERS |
We
accept forward orders but will not process any payment until delivery
is about to take place. The Leather Briefcase Company reserves
the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse an order from any
individual or company. |

Our
secure payment system is SEC PAY, which is the service recommended
to us by our bankers, Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank.
It's quite easy to use when you go to our check-out. Alternatively
we accept cheques, postal orders and cash (last MUST be sent by
registered post). |
