If your order is placed before noon, it's USUALLY delivered next working day by courier on the UK MAINLAND.

Our courier service requires a signature.
If you're not likely to be at home, a work address or somewhere someone can sign between 9am & 5pm is preferable.

Please note, if you miss the delivery, the courier should leave a calling card.
The courier depot may be some miles away...IT IS NOT your local Post Office.

WE CAN NEVER GUARANTEE next day delivery...traffic / a flat tyre / weather / or simple human error may intervene.

Delivery to The Highlands, Islands, N.Ireland, IOM, IOW, Scillies and Channel Islands, may take several days as it is by Royal Mail.

Naturally, in November and December all deliveries are subject to seasonal delays, but we try to keep to the above schedules as closely as possible.
