| UNWANTED ITEMS |
If
you have bought an item and wish to return it, as long as it is
in perfect condition when we receive it, we will refund the original
purchase price of the item.
Return postage costs are at your expense.
The refund will be paid back to your credit card.
Please email us before you send the item, to get the correct returns
address, as we have three warehouses.
We prefer to have items back within 60 days please.

| DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS |
If
your new product arrives with a defect [ rare, but may occur ]
please contact us immediately.
We will pay the return costs, and replace or refund, as you wish.
Items that develop faults after being used for some time, are
dealt with under the year's warranty we give every item.
Again, please contact us to advise the specific fault,
so we may discuss the best resolution for you. |
